The app is very user-friendly, and customer service is very helpful, easy to reach, and responds quickly. I would recommend everyone to switch to Frank Energy if you want a more sustainable home and a lower energy bill.

I activated Smart Storage as soon as the option became available at Frank Energy. It works fantastically, especially in combination with my AlphaESS batteries. More and more smart services to get the most out of solar panels, the AlphaESS home battery, and car charging. Set up once and everything runs automatically. Car charging had a brief hiccup, but after re-registering the car it seems resolved. Trading on the imbalance market has so far earned over €50 per month. Smart Charging of the car also saves at least €50-60. Recently also gained the option to automatically switch off the solar panels at negative electricity prices. Well done. Can't wait for smart heating to go live too.

Green and affordable. You pay exactly the market price, so you never overpay. And you can use electricity during the cheapest hours. (It is worth having a buffer to cover higher bills in winter.)

Great service and clear rates. With Frank Energy and my home batteries I can trade on the imbalance market. It works well and is lucrative. I'm curious to see what the new trading strategies will deliver. Payback period currently around 5.5 years.
